Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead, expand, and continuously develop the global division for Custom Products and Smart Vision Systems and execute forward-thinking strategies.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key global customers and strategic partners.
- Implement customer projects in close collaboration with R&D, operations, and sales.
- Develop and monitor impactful business cases to support product and market decisions.
- Define the product and sales strategy for Vision Systems.
- Drive business objectives in close cooperation with Business Development and International Sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product management or technical sales/business development for electronic or complex products – ideally in the machine vision industry.
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or marketing, economics, or a related focus.
- Solid technical understanding of hardware and software, preferably in the vision industry.
- Hands-on experience in project management methodologies, requirements analysis, product cost calculations, and building business cases.
- Self-motivated personality with leadership skills and an autonomous and team-oriented attitude.
- Business communication skills in German and English.
