As a Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to expand business with corporate clients, leveraging our client’s strong brand to make a significant impact in the North American market across automation technology, logistics, medical technology, aerospace, and other high-growth industries. You’ll have access to a comprehensive portfolio of image sensors and custom sensor development solutions to support client needs and drive business growth.

Tasks

  • Support existing customers such as manufacturers of machine vision cameras, medical devices and logistics solutions in the target region and expand business relationships.
  • Identify and attract new, strategically important customers for image sensors.
  • Analyze the market, customer and competitive situation, and derive measures to optimize the sales strategy. With a structured working style, systematically pursue and achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from the areas of marketing, field application engineering, development, and sales team support.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on technical or business disciplines.
  • Approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales of high-tech products or services at multi-national companies in North America.
  • Sure acumen for new markets, high commitment to building business relationships with new customers and perseverance until the successful completion of the sales process.
  • Consistent pursuit of sales targets with proven successes in business expansion.
  • Strong negotiating skills also at C-level, persuasive strength as well as a confident appearance are characteristic for you.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Openness to travel within the North American region
