Business Development Manager DACH – Machine Vision (m/f/d)

Based in Switzerland, its novel lighting design provides unique uniformity, directionality, and energy efficiency for machine-vision-based inspection, automotive lights, and medical.

Supported by our client’s senior management, your goal is to develop and implement sales strategies and drive growth in the DACH region. Your knowledge of the industry and its players allows you to raise opportunities and close deals. Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and develop new sales opportunities for the machine vision segment.
• Develop and implement the sales strategy for effective business growth and win new customers for standardized and customized products.
• Maintain a strong and successful relationship with the customers to understand and anticipate their future inspection equipment’s needs and requirements.
• Interact closely with the teams in field application engineering, product management, and marketing; share market insights and further enhance the product portfolio.
• Identify, support, and manage sales channel partners.

Your Profile

• 3+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the machine vision industry.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, marketing, economics, or a related focus.
• Hands-on experience in direct selling to OEMs and integrators or managing channel partners is mandatory.
• Dynamic and self-motivated personality, with an autonomous and team-oriented attitude, solid analytical thinking, and a technical aptitude.
• Very good communication skills in German and English.
